    About PR First (http://prfirst.com) is a public relations firm celebrating its 20th year and focused on meeting the publicity needs of small to mid-sized businesses. PR First works with a diverse client base that includes labor unions, office product/equipment companies, environmental firms, architects, employment recruiters, real estate developers and builders, and financial planners.  The six-person firm works with 30 clients; although most are based in Massachusetts, PR First also has clients throughout the country.  Services offered by PR First include entire publicity campaigns, or individual components including press releases, feature articles, profile pieces, media placement, and media coverage for events. 
     
    Jim Farrell, President and Founder
    Jim Farrell, President of PR First, is the former Manager of Public Relations for Dickinson Direct, Braintree, and former vice-president of Dubin & Farrell Advertising/Public Relations, Weymouth, MA. He has worked in the field of public relations since 1991.  
     
    Jim serves on the Board of Directors of the Hanover Chamber of Commerce and is a former BOD member for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. 
     
    Nicole Joy Hales, Vice President, Client Services
    As Vice President, Client Services, Nicole oversees the PR plans for a variety of clients in multiple industries, with duties including strategic planning and implementation, media outreach and client management. She currently serves as a South Shore Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
