Rogers & Gray is currently seeking talented candidates for Consultants in our Employee Benefits Division located in our Kingston Office. What on earth would Consultant be doing, you ask?

  • Driving in new B2B business opportunities to the Agency

  • Engaging the community and your network as a Rogers & Gray ambassador

  • Partnering with business owners to identify how to best provide for their employees

  • Educating clients and our community on plans and risk mitigation

We need our qualified candidates to have…

  • Demonstrated success in outside, Employee Benefits sales

  • Experience conveying the value of expertise and service over price

  • Impeccable, professional presentation skills and demeanor

  • An established connection to the community and referral network

  • An active MA Life, Accident, and Health Producer License
